What is ClickaSpa?

ClickaSpa is your online Wellness & Beauty marketplace, that quickly connects you to a quality treatment or promotion in your area. ClickaSpa enables you the ability to browse, compare and purchase an experience for yourself, or ‘Send as a gift’ to that someone special. Now easier than ever before, find the ‘best treatment’ from a spa close to you, while collecting rewards and sharing your feedback from any device. 

 

Where is my Voucher?

An ‘order confirmation’ with all the details, is sent to your email promptly after processing. 

 

How do I use my Voucher?

Call the venue to book your appointment and quote your confirmation number provided.

When you arrive to your appointment, present the confirmation with your device or with a print out, and enjoy your visit!

 

Is tip or gratuity included in the price?

No. It is customary to tip 15-20% to your service provider, after experiencing your treatment.

 

Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone?

Yes you can. When you select your desired service at the Checkout, select the ’Send as a gift’ option and fill out the recipient’s information. They will then receive their gift by email with the instructions. The recipient will see your Sender’s name, and the purchase price is not displayed.

 

How can I tell if a place has availability?

Since availability varies from spa to spa, the best practice is to plan your appointment a few days in advance.

 

Is tax included in the service price?

Tax is not included in the service price. Tax is included on your bill during checkout on the website.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Paypal, ClickaSpa Gift Card and ClickaSpa Coin.

 

What is ClickaSpa Coin?

ClickaSpa Coin is our loyalty program, and consists of virtual currency that is awarded to you the customer, for every purchase you make on clickaspa.com. These virtual coins are added to your account, and can be redeemed as a payment method when using our Checkout system.

 

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please call the provider directly to make the necessary changes to your appointment. 

Cancellation policies vary from place to place. It is usually a standard practice that confirmed bookings require a minimum of 48 hours in advance, to cancel or reschedule appointments.

 

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If a customer is late for their appointment, the provider will do the best that it can do to provide as much of the treatment as possible for the remaining time allowed in that scheduled appointment time slot.

 

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Any appointments that are missed are viewed as a completed booking by the provider and ClickaSpa. Please confirm with your provider what their cancellation policy is. It is quite a standard practice to provide a 48 hours notice, when it comes to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

 

I purchased a service, and cannot find it?

Please check your junk mail box to see if it was sent there. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we’ll take care of it. 

 

Does my ClickaSpa Gift Card expire?

ClickaSpa Gift Cards do not expire.

 

How can ClickaSpa Gift Cards be used?

ClickaSpa Gift Cards can be treated like cash towards any purchases on ClickaSpa.com.

At the ‘Checkout’ the recipient selects the ‘Gift Card’ option as payment method and enters in their Gift Card number.
